2004 Chardonnay

This Chardonnay rings forth with a pleasant floral bouquet.  A fine balance of acidity marries with honeydew melon, kiwi and tropical fruits to please the palate.  The lingering finish shows off the fruit of the vineyard and a touch of light oak.  

85% Chardonnay 15% Chenin Blanc.  TA .7, RS .3
12.5% Alc/Vol

2004 Merlot

Medium ruby color, cherry and current aromas with a touch of nuttiness. Rich, round mouth feel and the essence of cherry flavors. Mild tannins with balanced finish of oak to fruit.    

92% Merlot, 6% Pinot Noir, 2% Sangiovese.    TA .55, RS .5  
12.5% Alc/Vol
 

2003 Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep ruby red color, cigar-box, cedar and leather on the nose. Blackberry fruit in the middle palette with more cedar and cherry fruit. Medium to long finish featuring cherries and coffee. 

91% Cabernet, 5% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petite Sirah.   TA .57, RS .45  12.5% Alc/Vol

2005 Syrah

This 100% Syrah is from the Lodi area California.  Ripe berry aromas with chocolate overtones. There are hints of vanilla and toast on the nose in a polished structure of oak and tannin. On the palate, there are raspberry and ripe plum flavors with tobacco, black pepper and spice. This wine has excellent balance and a smooth, lingering finish.
