Vineyards selects MDM Distribution as their U.S. Distributor. MDM Distribution
is California's Woman Owned Importer and Distributor of boutique brands. This
was a major accomplishment for MDM.
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) July 5, 2006 -- Galli Estates, owner
and producer of the Camelback Vineyards label selects boutique wine distributor
MDM Distribution to represent their brand in the United States.
The Galli Estate vineyard was established in 1997 by Lorenzo and his wife
Pamela, and occupies 100 acres at Rockbank in the renowned Sunbury Wine Region
of Victoria. The vineyard is close to the city of Melbourne, just 30 minutes
away. Although only relatively new, Galli Estate wines have been recognized for
quality in Australian wine shows, winning medals and trophies in significant
wine shows throughout the county.
James Halliday of WinePro’s “Australia’s Wine Authority says, “Galli Estate may
be a newcomer to the scene, but it is a substantial one. The quality is as high
as the prices are low.” WinePros rates their Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon 92 points
and their Rockbank Shiraz 91 points.
Camelback wines include: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon, Pinot Grigio,
Pinot Noir, Rockbank Shiraz, Heathcote Shiraz, and Dos Rojo, a Tempranillo
blend.
The label boldly states “Man is not a camel”; an Australian saying which means
that “Man cannot drink water alone” allusion to a [social desire to drink wine.
MDM is launching a marketing campaign around the adage.
MDM Distribution, founded in 2002, is California’s woman owned and operated
import and wine Distribution Company. MDM focuses on small boutique brands and
hand sells their products to high-end wine retailers and restaurants. MDM
also represents a select number of boutique wineries nationally and will be
introducing Camelback Vineyards wines.
MDM is seeking distributors for Camelback Vineyards wines. The wines are due to
clear customs the end of July.
